Delivery Time
At klyden-world.com, you will find our inventory of perfume, cosmetics and fine arts pieces, our inventory locations vary from overseas and Hong Kong office, depending the quantities and ranges of inventory, delivery time varies from within 3 to 5-10 days. Please allow additional time if international delivery is subject to customs processing. Payment service at the e-shop is on maintenance, service will resume on the next working day.
Most of our HK orders are sent with FedEx, SF Express, but we also partner with other brands and may send the order with DHL.
Orders shipped to Europe and the rest of the world will be delivered by DHL. To track or make changes to your delivery, you can contact to the designated carriers directly through their apps. We will not be responsible for the goods insurance coverage, therefore we would gentle reminded customers and recipients to make necessary insurance arrangements, especially Art pieces and bulk packages of perfume items where the goods could be in risk of breakage of glassed and direct surfaces of the items.
HONG KONG and MACAU
We are currently offering free Hong Kong and Macau delivery on all orders with a minimum spend of HKD 500. Terms & Conditions apply.
Inventory sent from Hong Kong to Hong Kong and Macau will be sent by SF Express, freight charge will be payable on collection and will be delivered approximately 3 days.
Hong Kong SF Express estimate rates as follows:
below 1.0kg - HKD$25
1kg - 1.5kg - HKD$32
1.5kg - 2.0kg - HKD$39
2.0kg onwards - + HKD$7 per 0.5kg
Macau SF Express estimate rates as follows:
below 1.0kg - HKD$47
1kg - 1.5kg - HKD$55
1.5kg - 2.0kg - HKD$63
2.0kg onwards - + HKD$8 per 0.5kg

INTERNATIONAL
From single to medium volume to bulk sizes, freight charge will be payable on collection. Depending on the volume size of the goods, it may be delivered by FedEx, DHL or some other brands we partner with.
Outbound from Hong Kong to overseas may be delivered within 5-10 days. Please note that the local taxes and duties are not included in the product prices, it is depending on the destination of the imported country’s custom policies, where it is instructed .
Please note: for both HK and international orders, delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example: Customs delays, adverse weather conditions or increase in demand. Our Customer Service Team will update you if anything changes with your order.
